FAQ
The Class
What is the RDI program?+
An interactive online course for individuals cited for dangerous traffic violations including street racing, speeding, DUI, road rage, takeovers, burnouts, drifting, and reckless driving. Upon completion, you receive a Certificate of Completion for court submission.
Where is the class held?+
Live on Zoom. After registering, you'll receive your meeting link by email the day of your class. A computer, phone, or tablet all work — log in 5 minutes before the session starts.
What are the requirements?+
A Zoom account and a device with a working camera and microphone. Camera on at all times, quiet environment, log in 5 minutes early, no eating during the session, and no attending from a moving vehicle.
Do I have to participate or speak?+
A little, yes. This is an interactive program — expect to answer a few questions about how the videos and speakers made you feel. You don't need to give a speech; you just need to be present and engaged.
What if I can't make my session?+
You can reschedule for free. Just call (310) 303-0164 and we'll move you to a different session.
What if I get disconnected mid-class?+
Rejoin using the same link — the host will let you back in. If you're having trouble getting back in, call (310) 303-0164 right away.
Can minors take the class?+
Yes. Minors are welcome in the program.
Can I take the class without a court order?+
Yes. Anyone can enroll — whether your court sent you, your lawyer recommended it, or a parent signed you up. The only program that requires a court order is our 12-hour vehicular manslaughter program.
Are Spanish classes available?+
Yes. Spanish-language sessions are right on our registration calendar — just pick a Spanish class when you sign up.

We serve students nationwide — anywhere in the U.S. Wherever your court is, just reach out and we'll work with you and your court.
Certificates & Court
Will my court accept this certificate?+
RDI is a court-accepted program and our certificates have been accepted by courts nationwide — in over a decade, we've never had one rejected. Every court runs its own courtroom, though, so if you want to be certain, check with your court or call us before you enroll — we're glad to help you confirm.
How do I get my certificate?+
Your Certificate of Completion is emailed within 3 hours of completing the program. If you need it faster, tell the host during class and we’ll prioritize it. More on certificates →
What is on the certificate?+
Your full name, the program name, the hours you completed, and your class date — plus your case number if you provide one. Everything your court needs to verify you completed the program.
What if I lose my certificate?+
We reissue certificates free of charge. Contact us and we’ll resend it — to you or directly to your court.
Payment
How much does the class cost?+
The standard 3-hour program is $138. A private rush class — one-on-one, on the date and time you choose — is $200.
Do I need a PayPal account?+
No. Credit and debit cards are accepted. Zelle is also available — email us for details.

What about vehicular manslaughter cases?+
We offer a dedicated 12-hour program for vehicular manslaughter cases — however, we only accept these cases with a valid court order. This $400 program includes extension classes, main sessions, and requires participants to speak to students about the consequences of reckless driving. Why We Do This
Founded in 2014 by Lili Trujillo Puckett after her 16-year-old daughter Valentina was killed in a street racing crash. SRK is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to preventing reckless driving tragedies through education, awareness, and intervention. Every class, every testimony, every certificate is issued in Valentina's memory.
