Terms of Service

By accessing or using streetracingkills.org (the “Site”), operated by Street Racing Kills, a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 81-1257699), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

SRK offers educational programs including the Reckless Driving Intervention (RDI) program, youth traffic-safety presentations, and Val’s Respect the Road Scholarship. Class registration and scheduling may be handled through third-party providers.

Certificates of completion are issued after a participant fulfills all program requirements. SRK does not guarantee that any particular court or agency will accept a certificate — acceptance is determined solely by the relevant court or jurisdiction.

Donations are processed by third-party payment providers (such as PayPal) and are generally non-refundable. Where program fees apply, they are due as described at the time of registration, and refund requests are handled according to the policy provided at enrollment.

Content on this Site is provided for personal, non-commercial, educational use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use SRK content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Street Racing Kills shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in any program.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
